Returns Policy

Merino Kids® stands behind the quality of everything we sell. Our products are designed and produced with the greatest care and attention to detail, so we hope you are delighted with your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied or had a change of mind for any reason, you can return your item(s) in an unworn, unwashed and original condition with your proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving them.

If goods arrived damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within a 365 day period, where possible, we are happy to repair faulty items, alternatively replace them.

For any change of mind and returns on "bundle" products, ALL items within the purchased bundle are required to be returned.

Please note: Merino Kids products purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.
