Our responsibility - COVID_19 Essential items approval 

We have now received approval from the government to send out essential items. This includes Go Go Bags, Wraps, Pyjamas, Blankets and warm layers to keep your children warm.

We have removed products that are not deemed essential so please go ahead and order online as per usual. 

To ensure the safest and strictest COVID-19 safe environment to protect our staff and your precious goods, our plan to pack and send items out twice a week from our Distribution Hub. There will be only one person from our team present in our Distribution Hub when packing your order and she will be working in a sterilised environment, using gloves to handle your precious goods. Please expect slightly extended delivery periods over this time as the postal system works hard to ensure all lockdown procedures are followed. If you can be patient and follow the tracking we will send to you once your parcel has left us, that would be very much appreciated at this time.  

PLEASE NOTE WE CURRENTLY HAVE FREE SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIA. Regrettably, at this time we can not send to any other countries due to COVID-19 freight restrictions. 


Stock permitting, we AIM to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm (NZT) Monday to Friday (excludes public holidays).

You will receive a tracking email as soon as the courier has collected it from our warehouse - which means it is on it's way to you!


The recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes in the destination country. We are unable to advise what these are, as each country has different rates and thresholds based on the value of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. OR see if there is a local supplier in your region.

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Greytown, New Zealand
  • All orders are couriered with a 'sign for delivery' service. Please note on your order comments if you give authority to leave
  • Please allow an extra 1-3 days during peak times e.g. Christmas, sales, promotions etc.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives back in stock.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed and once your order has been dispatched, delays and lost parcels can occur. In the event of prolonged delays and non-delivery please contact us so that we can help resolve this for you.
  • PO Box deliveries are sent using a non-signature required service and may take 2-3 extra days for delivery for NZ and up to 3 weeks for international.
  • As you will understand, we reserve the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.
  • We reserve the right to increase delivery charges for larger orders or for certain countries. If this is the case we will contact you before shipping to confirm these charges.
  • Any duty or tax charges imposed by customs are the customers/recipients responsibility.
  • International deliveries may take up to 10 working days to arrive and up to 20 working days at peak times of the year.
