The Merino Kids Returns Process

Merino Kids® stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) in an unworn condition within 365 days of receiving them.

  • We'll refund you 100 percent of the price you paid
  • You are only responsible for the one-way return postage
  • Download, print and complete Returns Form (link below) and return with your item(s)

Faulty Goods

All our products are designed and produced with great care and attention to detail, and we hope you will be delighted with the quality! If goods arrived damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within the 365 day period, where possible, we’re happy to repair faulty items. Alternatively, we’d love to replace it.

If you think you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact our Customer Services Team and they will assist you.

Please note: we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper washing, so please follow the care label of the garment when washing. Please see our washing and care instructions if you are unsure or please contact our Customer Services Team for advice.

Please note: Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. We do not offer refunds on sale items and will only exchange them if they are deemed faulty within our 365 day manufacturing warranty period.
